I have received an Appeal signed by one Hindu minority victim- Ratan Chakravorty son of late Sudhangsu Kumar Chakravorty of Moheshpur, Bakila Bazar, Haziganj,Chandpur who is absconding from their homestead due to intimidation by the neighbouring land grabbers. I have scrutinized the documents and found that the victim got judgment from the court in their favour.The land grabbers manufactured documents treating the land as Vested Property which is not at all correct. But they have been prevented from entering their houses. Those houses have been occupied by the powerful miscreants most illegally earlier.
I have talked with the Deputy Commissioner, Chandpur District today. He told me that he does not know anything regarding this forceful eviction from their rightful possession.
